We do reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch for whatever reason.

Please note that any email or other acknowledgment by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract only takes place when the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it with us in accordance with our cancellation policy. We do reserve the right not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes, or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed to the customer. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (this will include delivery charges).

All our prices advertised are in Euro and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Product Information & Trade Marks

We always aim to provide our customers with the best information relating to the product being viewed. We take great care to work closely with our suppliers to provide you with the most up-to-date product description and images but from time to time we do make mistakes.  If you see one, please let us know. We reserve the right to make alterations to product information and prices without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies that may be found on our website.

Thank you for shopping with Enfield Hire.  We hope that you are happy with your purchases from us.  If you would like to return any item we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. 

In order to receive a credit note or an exchange, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned along with your packing slip to this address :

All goods returned must be in perfect and saleable condition along with original product packing and any instructions included where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in perfect saleable condition, and in the original packing, then your right to a full credit or exchange will be affected.  

If you returning goods to us via post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. Please note that this does not affect your statutory right. We would highly recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Enfield Hire is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit back to us. If you are returning goods to our store in person, you will need to have a copy of the delivery docket that you received with the delivery. Without a copy of your delivery docket, we are unable to accept any returns in the store.  

To exchange an item please return the item as detailed above and re-order your chosen replacement as normal. 

Customers may cancel an order at any stage of the process up to when you receive an email detailing that your order has been dispatched.  Once you receive this email your order will be deemed to have been accepted by us and your option to cancel an order will no longer be available.

Here at Enfield Hire we understand that your personal information is private and we will treat it with the highest standard of security and confidentiality.  When you visit our website you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. As part of the general operation of our website, we do retain both your personal on non-personal billing address and shipping address and product selection. Credit card information however is not collected by us it is passed to your payments service provider.

Non-personal information – We do gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an ongoing basis of all visitors to our website. Please note that this Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses where they have been clipped, type of browser, and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.  We will use this anonymous information in assisting us to develop our website to build a more user-friendly for our customers.
